Recently, I embarked on the Indochina adventour – toured the cities of Ho Chi Minh, Siem Reap and Bangkok. This post is just a sneak peek on a few highlights of my trip. 😉
City tour is the way to see prominent landmarks in Ho Chi Minh. I personally like the structure of Saigon Central Post Office given its eye catching facade.
Tip: You can take a walking tour of the tourist spots located in District 1 and save on transport costs.
Who could miss the famous UNESCO World Heritage site, Angkor Wat? This grand temple complex can take anyone back to early times. It’s truly an amazing experience to visit this ancient place that’s like no other.
The signature temple tour in Bangkok is a staple in itineraries. The vast Grand Palace lives up to its name. The intricate structures and designs of the temples really stand out.
Tip: Wear comfortable clothes since the weather can get really hot. Shorts are not allowed in the temples so better cover up.
It’s really amazing to experience these sights in Southeast Asia. Definitely one for the books! 👍
